Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

All sales are final. All items sold on the “kaatx” online store ( are NOT ELIGIBLE for RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour from the time of purchase. If it’s more than 1 hour, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

No matter the reason, to cancel your order send us an email with your order number and cancellation request.

All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after order cancellation. Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

Misprinted, Damaged, Defective

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, defective items must be submitted within 1 day after has been received. Simply send us a message with the following information:

1. Your “kaatx” store order number.
2. Submit 1-2 Images of problem (with tag sticker).
3. Briefly describe what the problem is.

Once we receive your message, we will check to see if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted, damaged due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault, we will reship your order at no expense at the end.

If the mistake was made on the customer’s behalf, you accidentally ordered the wrong; size, color, item, etc. The customer have to place a new order and pay all extra charges including shipping.
